I am in love with the simple, sincere life, with movement and fluidity, in which we live our Essence. For this, we have to take care of ourselves, take care of each other, we all have different wisdoms that complement each other in the here and now.
I surrendered to the ancestral wisdoms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2003, having taken several courses, trainings, workshops, a 5-year degree at ESMTC, and more than 5000 hours of internships in Portugal and China.
Since then, about 17 years have passed, in which I have embraced several projects that have allowed me to improve the techniques and acquire new knowledge.
RAIZ ORIENTAL is a part of my professional dream, thought and created with great gratitude for my path, for the people who made it and continue to be part of it, who trust me and my work.
This implementation of the project allowed the start of a new work cycle in a multidisciplinary team of integrative therapies.
The concept of Being, in its various layers, deserves dedication and care, so that we can live in the present in a preventive way, with Love.
